Recently I went to the dentist and was informed I was a “clincher.”  At that moment, I knew I would apply Thoughtful Healing to this unconscious behavior.  With vigilant loving attention, forty years of clinching ceased within four weeks.

Metaphysical healing has its root in the examination of thought.  The way we see our world is comprised of the thoughts, beliefs, and ideas we store within our mind and our bodies.  Action and behaviors follow thought.  Realizing our innate wholeness (healing) brings the unconscious into the conscious realm, replacing old thought with new.  Much can be healed from this place.  Whether seeking a metaphysical healing or supplementing psychological and medical support with spiritual thought, Thoughtful Healing connects us with our body’s one innate power to know its well-being.

Healing is really not fixing something broken, it is the revelation of our own inner Wholeness.
