Witnessing Synchronicities

This past weekend I was really tired. Burnt out tired. I was to speak at a church on the other side of the mountains for which I didn’t really have the energy. It would include leaving a day before the talk, staying the night with friends, then driving twenty additional miles to speak. The morning I was to leave, the mountain pass was closed. I saw this as a synchronistic event as I have NEVER cancelled a speaking gig. And, I had to cancel this one. I had no choice. I was given the gift of rest.

So I listened to a podcast with Glennon Doyle. Then I grabbed the book Signs to read and within the first two pages her name is mentioned. As I ponder how cool this is and how it feels as though God is winking at me, I want to call to tell my friend Rhonda. But before I can dial her number she is calling me. I giggle. Once we’re off the phone I pick my book up again. I had chosen two books from my bookshelf. Signs and a book by Sue Monk Kidd, ironically called God’s Joyful Surprise. I turn to the next chapter in Signs and there is a quote by Kidd.

I love how the Universe works; although to me it was WAY more mystery than known. I love hanging out in the Field where I catch the whiff of Oneness and then synchronicity kisses me on the lips.

I kicked off 2026 writing and talking about how parched my Soul was. How it needed to rehydrate. One of the ways I found to do this was to watch and witness. As I captured miracles and synchronicities I noticed my Soul gaining some of its satiation and the magic of living returning.

Life in the external world right now appears to be messier than usual. Harsher than normal. Proudly cruel. My invitation to you is to keep a journal where you track the miracles and synchronicities and watch what happens to your vibration.

Loving you from the shared Field, Bonnie
