Who’s Your Posse’?

This morning I was on Zoom participating in a monthly Visioning with a group of minister colleagues. We’ve been meeting for ten plus years now. Every month. It began in person when we all lived in Arizona. Now two of us live in AZ, one in California, and me in Spokane Washington. We aren’t friends in a traditional sense. We don’t call each other throughout the month. We don’t travel together, socialize, or do things that friends do. We hold the High Watch for each other. Once a month for two to four hours we catch up confidentially, then we dive into the Visioning process that was revealed through Reverend Michael Beckwith. We ask the questions:

What is the Highest Vision for (name of the person) right now? Who are they to be for this vision to become a reality? And what is she called to release or embrace? Then we each get to ask a question.

We enter a quiet, meditative space. We pray in. Then the above questions are asked for one woman, then when complete we move on to the second, third, then fourth woman. Afterward, we read our responses to each other.

Every month I am amazed. We have visioned at least 120 times now and I continue to be wowed at the power of asking a question to contemplate and delivering that contemplation through pictures and words.

I will share what came through today. One colleague said my Highest vision is the creation of something totally new through my Spirit Self in partnership with AI. The way I see life will change radically — the old will be dissolved. My practice is to become “unattached.” My second colleague shared with me that I’d be developing a new integrated and comprehensive on-line spiritual program. I am to become a pioneer in all senses of the work and I am to release thinking small. The third colleague called me a “Spiritual Guide for Healing” serving the Whole Person. I’m to be faithful to my Self, and follow the Wisdom.

This practice has taught me to trust myself and the guidance that comes through me. I’ve learned to receive Spiritual guidance from people who see me as Whole and Complete. I am able to be vulnerable without judgment. There are times that the downloads are so spot on that I live into the message for a month, or longer.

As 2025 is ending and 2026 is around the corner, check in with yourself to see if you have a spiritual posse.’ Is there a group that functions as “Spirit Only”? If not, is it yours to create on this year?
