What is Resurrecting Within You?

May your Easter reveal the message of resurrection within your Soul and may you become made new. Our Jewish brothers and sisters celebrated Passover this week. During the seder meal they asked the question: “What makes this night different from all nights?” This question is one of one renewal. We could stop at any moment of our day to ask “what makes this moment unique, alive, vibrant?” We could ask where life is at this moment in the context of our circumstances. Life is ALWAYS present. This practice is what many of us are doing at this moment of quarantine. Quantum physics would have us ponder the questions, “what is wanting to emerge here?” Looking at the edges of the outer world and the center of the inner world is a mystical practice of co-creation. What is wanting to emerge. Let me give you an example. Wednesday night I heard on the news that one person was dying every 45 seconds in America (on Wednesday). I stopped and...

A Ritual of Release and Embrace

I just returned from Ireland. Several of my upcoming posts will include revelations, insights, and spiritual practices from this trip. My intention is to take you along with me so you can have your own experience of this unique Holy land. Today we will engage in a ritual of release at the Cairn of Maeve. I apologize for the jerky video and the loud wind; trust me, your tenacity it is well worth it. Cairns are mounds of stones built as a memorial or a passage way from this physical world into the next, ethereal world. It is place that commemorates death and new birth. (This theme runs throughout all religions and Nature). Cairn of Maeve is located at the Knocknarea Mountain in the County Sligo, Ireland. It is about 320 meters straight up on a muddy, rocky, path. Once on top of the mountain you can see the entire county (some shown on video) and the cairn created in Queen Maeve’s honor. Who was Queen Maeve? She was...

Happy Father’s Day

Happy Father’s Day. Today I speak in Flagstaff, Arizona. Since it is Father’s Day I wanted to speak about father’s in our lives and how they, just like everyone and everything, exist to develop our Soul. What do I mean by this? I mean that EVERYTHING gives us an opportunity to develop the capacity to become more loving and more grace-filled. My desire for myself is that I train my mind to look less to the past and more to the “Emergence” of what is birthing Itself on the leading edge of my consciousness and the expansion of my heart. In other words, I can look back at my father and “judge” him (positive or negative) or I can wonder if maybe together the two of us co-created a field that contains us and is beyond us so that both of our Souls may evolve. That is a different way of looking at relationship. What if my father created me physically and influenced me socially, emotionally, intellectually where I...

Remember to Include This in Your 2019 Goals

Remember to include this in your 2019 goals … YOU!!! Yes, remember to include what you love, enjoy, want, desire, yearn for, what brings you juice. Remember to prioritize YOU in your goals. Last blog I wrote about setting goals for 2019 and I didn’t invite you to step into the vortex of fun and speak from there. And, it is never to late to develop or to revise your goals. In fact, everything that you commit to is revisable and mutable; you just want to utilize your discretion. This is how goals work. You decide what you want to create, make happen, grow into for 2019, ending in 2020. Then in 2020 you are able to look back and see if these goals were manifest or if they were moved toward. In the meanwhile, you prioritize your goals over all else in order to ensure they come to fruition. Goals, as I see them, come out of desire. De-sire is made up of two meanings. “De” means...

Consciously Closing 2018

Welcome to the last six days of 2018! A client asked me several weeks ago how I go about consciously closing out my year. I have a practice that begins the last quarter of the year when I begin making a list of what I want to make sure I don’t bring with me into the new year of 2019. One of commitments I made to myself was I was NOT going to bring game apps into my 2019. I started playing games on my phone four years ago when a client’s wife told me that they increased brain function and I believed her. What I have learned after four years of playing games while waiting in line, watching television, and when I snatch a minute here or there is that I have become a game addict and traded in much of my creative imagination for game playing. I will not be bringing computer games into 2019 and so on the 31st I will host a ritual that will...

Who Am I Becoming?

I walked through hell for two months. Okay, I don’t really believe in hell, but if I did, I was walking through it. As an emotional empath, I was experiencing in my body the impact of shifts in the cosmos, country, and casa. And the shifts in my home were enough to take a weaker person down. Through the hellacious stroll, I continued to be grateful that I believed in a God of Good, not punishment. This meant while taking each deliberate step forward I knew I was surrounded by The Presence of Peace, Love, Joy, and Prosperity that regardless of my perception, I was completely and totally held. I also knew that this Presence was within me and would sync up to the outer Presence girding me with a promise of something new transforming and emerging from within me. I cannot imagine how anyone could walk through this physical, mental, and spiritual life without being aware of their connection  to the Source of All of It. So I start...
